What FixIt provides

FixIt provides AI-assisted repair guidance and recommendations through Photo Diagnostics and Live Repair. It is informational assistance, not a professional inspection, diagnosis, certification, or guarantee that a repair is correct or safe.

Safety and user responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether work is safe and appropriate and whether you have the necessary skills and qualifications. Do not attempt work involving electricity, gas, or other hazardous systems unless qualified. High-risk work should be performed by a qualified professional. If you are unsure, stop and contact a professional.

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unrelated to the actual condition. Never rely on FixIt instead of emergency services, manufacturer instructions, codes, laws, or professional advice.

Accounts and guest access

You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account and device, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Guest data is tied to an installation and may be lost if local credentials are removed before it is securely claimed to an account.

Your content

You retain your rights in photos, video, audio, messages, and profile information you submit. You authorize FixIt and its service providers to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. Do not submit content you lack permission to use or content that unlawfully identifies other people.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, evade quotas or security controls, interfere with systems, probe other users’ data, upload unlawful or malicious content, impersonate others, automate abusive requests, or use guidance to cause harm. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users and the service.

Software License / End User License Agreement

Subject to these Terms, APPTASTIC TECH grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install, access, and use FixIt solely for your own lawful use on supported Web, Android, and iOS platforms.

This license does not transfer ownership of FixIt, its software, content, interfaces, branding, documentation, or any related intellectual property rights.

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit FixIt or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from FixIt;
• circumvent technical restrictions, security controls, access controls, usage limits, or safety mechanisms;
• modify FixIt to create an unauthorized derivative work;
• remove or obscure proprietary, copyright, trademark, or other rights notices;
• use FixIt in a way that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law.

All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by APPTASTIC TECH and its licensors.

Third-party software, libraries, and services used by FixIt may be subject to separate open-source or third-party license terms. Those terms continue to apply to the relevant third-party components.

This license terminates when you stop using FixIt, when your access is lawfully terminated under these Terms, or when these Terms otherwise cease to apply. Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, governing law, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply where legally permitted.

FREE V1 and availability

Current FREE V1 access is subject to usage limits and may change. New paid subscriptions and checkout are unavailable. Existing subscribers may retain entitlement and billing-management records. FixIt provides no uptime guarantee and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features.

Deletion and third-party services

Guests may delete unclaimed installation data. Authenticated users may request account-wide FixIt deletion, subject to unfinished Live sessions and existing non-terminal billing obligations. FixIt account deletion does not cancel an external subscription. Minimal security tombstones and operational/provider logs may remain as described in the Privacy Notice.

Clerk, Google/Gemini, LiveKit, Railway, Apple, Google sign-in, and legacy Stripe functionality have their own terms and availability. FixIt cannot control provider-side retention or outages.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that guidance is accurate, complete, safe, or suitable for your situation.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from or relating to FixIt will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise. We may update these terms and will identify the effective date. Continued use after notice may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
